Tis the season for apples!  I bought a big basket last week, and its feeling a bit like Bubba Gump's Apple Orchard around here.  We've had peeled apples, cored apples, sliced apples, spiraled apples, apples-on-a-stick, apple necklaces, apple garland, crab apples, caramel filled apples....

Thanks to this old fashion apple kitchen gadget, you can process a lot of apples in a short time.  You just affix the apple to the prong, turn the handle and watch the magic happen.
