Our little adventurer needed a nature bag to lug her outdoor exploration supplies in--and to carry home all her treasures. I saw the idea for this easy to carry/make/clean, over-the-shoulder bag in a book I checked out from the library: The Rhythm of Family.

Another fun sew date with my friend, Lesy!
For those of you who don't know Lesy, she's a fan of multiples--and loves repetition in sewing, which means we didn't stop at one. Ella has three extras to give as gifts to her special nature bug friends;).
