When Given Lots of Juicy Lemons...make lemon-aids.

Lemon Salt Scrub:
2 cups sea salt
1 cup carrier oil (Olive, Jojoba, Avocado, etc.)  No "light" oils
Lemon Zest to preference (Some recipes call for lemon juice, lemon oil or lemon zest)

Mix salt and oil.  Once coated, stir in zest.  Easy, peasy.

Lemon Sugar Scrub:
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Mix sugar and honey.  Once coated, stir in juice.  Store in airtight container. Use spoon instead of fingers to scoop to avoid bacteria.

P.S. Ella is definitely going to want to taste the brown sugar/honey scrub--and that's okay...it's all natural!

Drink of the day:  fresh lemon water.  Now, it's off to clean the kitchen and pamper my dry, wintery skin...

Thanks Oma and NoNo for the fresh, off-the-tree lemons!
